At Blossom Center we think that having an edible garden is more than playing in the dirt; and edible garden teaches kids basic gardening techniques, encourages physical activity, teamwork, and food experimentation, as well as respect for the earth. The products of our garden will be incorporated into the meals cooked at Blossom Center.
