A FEW REMINDERS!

​

-We must have a working number to reach parents at ALL times; if a staff member from Blossom Center calls, a response must be made within 30 minutes of receiving the message/call.

- Breakfast is served from 8 AM to 8:30 AM

-Drop-off time is BEFORE 9:30 AM

-Pick up is BEFORE 6 pm ($15 late fee will apply after 6:10 pm. See Family Handbook- Tuition and Fees for more information)

-Children may attend no more than 12 hours a day and 50 hours per week

-Please provide a jacket or heavy sweater for outside play time

-A cot sheet and blanket is needed EVERY DAY

-If your child is sent home for ANY illness a 24 hr window applies from the time of pick up before they may return. In addition children must be symptom free for 24 hours, without medication, before returning. (See Family Handbook under Health for more details)

-ANYONE who picks up your child must be placed on their pick up list through brightwheel. A parent must add individuals to their brightwheel list, Blossom Staff cannot add them.

-School age students who are serving out of school suspension are not eligible for attendance at Blossom Center, until their suspension from school is lifted.

-IT IS VERY IMPORTANT TO SIGN UP FOR CARE IN THE CORRECT CLASS FOR HOLIDAYS. THE AFTER SCHOOL PROGRAMS CLASSES ARE NOT USUALLY OPEN ALL DAY AND WE HAVE TO ADJUST STAFF HOURS IN CORRESPONDANCE TO THE NUMBER OF CHILDREN AND RATIOS.
