Is a nonprofit 501(c)3 organization founded on April 1, 2015 in Oak Ridge, Tennessee. We comply with the licensing requirements as outlined by the Department of Human Services and other stakeholders. We operate without regard to race, color, creed, gender, ability or economic status.

We believe that ALL families deserve affordable high quality childcare that ensures optimal child development, such as that available at Blossom Center. 

Our tuition schedule ensures that our program is accessible to all members of our community, particularly low income families.
