Meet the Team

Jenny has served on the Blossom Center's Board of Directors since 2016, indicating her devotion to the concept of quality daycare for the community we serve. Jenny is retired after many years involved in the Oak Ridge nuclear waste cleanup effort, playing roles in communication, group facilitation, and business development. She lives in a "legacy" neighborhood in east Oak Ridge with her husband, Bill Allen. Their daughter attended Oak Ridge schools from pre-school to high school and lives and works in Delaware. Bill and Jenny love living in Oak Ridge and appreciate all the many benefits that brings.
